1 General Provisions

pdt88 ("we", "our", "platform") is an online gaming service provider. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between pdt88 and its users ("you", "member").

By creating an account, playing any game, or using any service on our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines.

These Terms are written in English and apply to users in Bangladesh. The English version shall be considered final for any legal interpretation.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To open an account and play on pdt88, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years old. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors ("for persons aged 21 and above only").
• You must be a valid individual with the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
• Only one active account is allowed per person.
• Participation in online gaming must be legally permitted in your area of residence.

3 Account Registration & Security

When registering with pdt88, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination.

Follow these rules to keep your account secure:

• Keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential.
• Allowing anyone else to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately.
• Opening more than one account under the same person is strictly prohibited and all associated accounts will be closed.
• As part of the verification process, you may be required to provide a national ID card or other documents.

You are responsible for all activity on your account. pdt88 will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party access to your account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

pdt88 supports the major mobile and banking payment methods in Bangladesh. Currently accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Bank Transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Use the correct reference number when making a deposit — pdt88 will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect references.
• Sending deposits in someone else's name or from someone else's account is prohibited.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5 to 30 minutes.
• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• It is recommended to withdraw using the same method used for your deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been met (see Section 5 for details).

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

pdt88 provides various bonuses and promotional offers to its members. Each bonus has its own terms, but the following rules generally apply.

Welcome Bonus

• 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳3,000.
• For larger deposits: depositing ৳12,000 gives a bonus of ৳10,000 (maximum cap) — total balance ৳22,000.
• Wagering requirement: you must wager 10 times the bonus amount.
• For example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳20,000 (2,000 × 10) before withdrawing bonus winnings.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus must be used within its specified validity period; it will be cancelled automatically once expired.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or a VPN will result in all bonuses and winnings being forfeited.
• Withdrawing while a bonus is active may result in the entire bonus being cancelled.
• pdt88 reserves the right to offer additional promotional offers for special occasions or for members.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games on pdt88 are operated fairly and transparently. We work with world-class game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi).

• The outcome of every game is completely random and is not influenced by any external factor.
• In the event of a technical error during a game, the relevant round may be voided and the bet returned.
• If a game is interrupted due to a network issue, the last state recorded in the system will be considered final.
• Abnormal winnings resulting from a software bug or error will not be considered valid, and pdt88 reserves the right to reject them.

7 Prohibited Activities

Participation in any of the following activities on pdt88 is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Placing artificial or coordinated bets with the intent of fulfilling bonus requirements (bonus abuse).
• Creating multiple accounts or managing another person's account.
• Any form of hacking, collusion, or fraudulent activity against the platform.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Collecting personal information of other users or harassing them.
• Contacting pdt88 staff under a false identity.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

• Service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

Our total liability shall in no event exceed the amount of the transaction in question. pdt88 strives to ensure the best possible service for any loss or dispute arising from use of the platform, but cannot guarantee outcomes.

11 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, we recommend following the process below:

• Step 1: Submit your complaint through our 24/7 live chat support. Most issues are resolved quickly at this stage.
• Step 2: If the issue is not resolved via live chat, send a detailed written complaint to [email protected].
• Step 3: Our compliance team will review the complaint and provide a decision within the specified timeframe.

12 Changes to Terms & Termination

• Continuing to use the platform after a change to the Terms will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may close your account at any time.
• It is the member's responsibility to withdraw all valid balances before the account is closed.
• pdt88 reserves the right to close any account for any reason, especially in cases of violation of the terms and conditions.

If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unlawful, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
